The first section of this paper presents the conditions solar radiation orientation in Kosovo. sheer existence sunlight is indeed an inexhaustible source renewable energy having ample potential to meet all humankind’s needs for it when innovative technology used compliance with modern standards appropriate economic and social environment nature itself, too. research conducted purpose present reveals that greatest amount radiant focused on absorber collector sensor which transmits entire moving space at right angles sunlight. It important note angle relation horizontal plane cannot be less than 20°, because there a possibility collector, due small angle, covered dirt aerosol pollution. These data ensure best performance high generation efficiency reached by improving harnessing patterns cell response. objective Kosovo Plan 10 years’ period has stimulated support policy sources, set least 10% national level. This examines assessments under monitoring over absorption where time, power PV system panels are located. Experimental study shows its Geographical position equal 1400kWh, optimal 25° Gjakova Region. one-year resulted increased during months March - September, from 0.89 kWh/m2/y 0.92 kWh/m2/y, equinox provides longest intervals.
